Went in to ask if they have a cleaning/polishing service which they don’t but the lady at the Nuneaton shop went above and beyond by using the equipment they have to clean and polish my ring for free! It was such a nice and selfless gesture. Forever grateful! Brilliant service

Called in store today and had an amazing experience with Claire. Was so so helpful and did anything she could to help. Would really recommend and go back.
