H Samuel of course a know brand and quality product.. Also store staff is very helpful and friendly... Maintain good hygiene in the pandemic... But one thing do ensure to check their online store deals.. Deals on their online store is sometimes more better than store .

Nice friendly atmosphere, fantastic welcoming, staff ready to help straight away . If they haven't got what you want they can order in, they also price match which is brilliant. Well worth the visit.

My husband called in this morning with a citizen watch that had been bought  as a presant & the staff were not at all helpfull because it had not been bought there they wanted to charge £10 to ring citizen because   they did not know how to change the date setting  the watch is less than a week old & comes with a 5 year guarantee  they are listed on citizens web site   very poor service

Nice selection but don't buy the  "Pandora " like charms, I got my daughter some and jewels came off and they discolored H S would not refund or exchange. Dissatisfied.

Saw a ring in the window that I liked, so went in and they had to order it in - cam back a week later and they had ordered the wrong ring. They did get the right ring in eventually.  Not great service, but not terrible.

Member of staff who served me was extremely pleasent and polite.
