I found the perfect ring for my fiançée at H. Samuel thanks to Serge. I knew I wanted an emerald ring for her and Serge helped me from the start and gave me very good advice to choose the right one. Thank you for your professionalism, she definitely loved it !
Roxy was amazing!!! We absolutely love and appreciate very much how she tried to help us out. My fingers are tiny and we couldn't find any support from other shops. Spent a whole day walking around disappointed, finally we came back to H.Samuel to see Roxy again. She understood my problem and really tried to help. My ring just arrived today and it's incredibly beautiful!!!
Avoid this store! Especially if Roxy is the one you dealing with. Horrible customer service and now 2 different engraved rings. Unfortunately there 1 star is the lowest possible. We bought our wedding bands at this store in 2021, there was really any issues on that but customer service was basic, almost plain, feels like they don't care too much. The main issue was when we went back early this year to get our rings engraved and re rodium as we bought white gold and they lost a little bit of the spark. On the first day the employee who dealt with us was Roxy, we felt as she almost wanted us to leave, she took 50 minutes to process 1 ring to send to polish, engrave and the rodium. Then we had to leave as we had an appointment and we had gone to the store before the appointment thinking it was going to be quick. Anyway she said first we couldn't leave as she had already processed one of the rings. I then told her that we were leaving as we had an appointment and we would be back afterwards to finish the rest. She said she would wait to process it all together then as she would send both of them together for them to arrive together too. Few weeks later I received the email to go and collect the ring, got to the store it was just 2 of the 3 rings we sent back. Roxy was there at the day, as soon as I said she was the one that processed the first ring and guaranteeded that they would all be back together she got very stressed and showed me the finger to shut up, and then started blaming the second employee that processed the other ring when we came back. Then after she said she never said the rings were coming together that I was making it up. Then she just stormed off and another employee came to sort it out, which then blame the system for the ring not been at the same time, after she blamed the workshop where the rings were sent. Anyway really bad customer service from Roxy. To make matters worse we got both rings with different engravings now.
Excellent service from the Oxford st shop. Sourced, found and got delivered a citizen watch which was not in stock online, and sold out elsewhere. Wahaj in particular was great in dealing with it so quickly and efficiently. Arrived on time, courtesy call to tell me and fitting. All backed up by Roxy and manager Sue.
I’ve been to this store a few times in the last couple of months to get various birthday gifts for family. Each time I’ve been there I’ve left with a smile on my face because of the customer service because to be perfectly honest it’s a rarity these days in shops I went in a few weeks ago to buy my nephew a bracelet and was served by a lovely lady called roxi, she was so sweet and couldn’t help me enough I was unsure of what to get as teenagers are tricky to buy for so I just wanted to give her a big shout out and say what that she’s an asset to your store and would highly recommend her and your shop to anyone. Thankyou.
The rudest, miserable and racist customer service ever! Yesterday Oxford street, we asked to show us a watch for the second time the brown guy with beard was so rude, he said that you asked for one, i showed you and now you don’t want it. I thought Like seriously? What are you getting paid for.. like we cannot ask to see something for a second time! We just asked to see another because we liked it more! We didn’t created a scene there, because this is not who we are! We were in a hurry so we bought one, but never going there again! Pathetic people with pathetic mentality!
Great experience shopping for our wedding rings. Incredible customer service from beginning to end with Saleem. He has made us feel confident and at ease with our choices. Definately recommend this branch. Saleem, you are a credit to the company.
Wahaj who helped me and my wife pick our wedding rings. Very polite and helpful. I’d advise anybody to go to him, as he was really helpful.
Visited the Oxford Street Branch on Friday 4th Nov 22 @ approx 6.20pm The manager is extremely moody, no customer service skills, no eye contact. Very abrupt and rude… Talking to me like she’s doing us a favour. But you got a job because we are spending at the store. Without customers you wouldn’t be there. She needs some extreme training, esp for being on Oxford street with a high footfall of customers, thats not the level of service you would like to have….. I wouldn’t be returning back to H Samuels if thats the kind of staff you employ.
Roxy was so helpful great service extremely happy and the quality of the items are one of a kind
