I've had bad experiences with this store and after last time I swore I would never go back to this chain and the only reason I did is I called into the one in castlecourt Belfast and their service was fantastic and the staff in craigavon could learn alot.
Clean and bright open space, with plenty of light to view all items etc. Staff are well trained in helping to find the right item at the right price to suit all budgets.
I had a problem with a watch so I called the shop were the shop manager sami answered my call the customer service was brilliant he was very friendly and helpful and got the problem sorted out for me with the help of the other member of staff Tanya thank you so much guys most appreciated A***

Excellent staff, especially Sammy, the manager. Great shop to get watches or batteries replaced. The manager is extremely helpful and the staff are too. Never have any problems with them.
