Went into this establishment today 27/04/24 and was met with the most welcomed response from a young man called "Frankie" his politeness, friendliness as well as his excellent knowledge about earrings when I was asking questions about them.  Quick and efficient service throughout the encounter with all staff that was working that's day there was 3 of them. A woman with blonde hair and a gentleman who I presume was the "manager". All had a big smile on their faces and was interacting with all customers who entered their premises. Treated all customers with respect, dignity and all 3 of members of staff went above and beyond to help all customers in need of assistance.  Very pleased with the outcome of my visit to the establishment would definitely recommend coming here for a quick and efficient visit for your jewellery

What a delight to find a business where the staff are interested enough in the customer to offer honest advice and exemplary service. I brought my watch here for repair and to have a link removed. I was advised it could take four weeks and they would deal with the link on the watch's return. Within two weeks, my watch was good as new, the link removed and they even checked the fit before I left the shop. For first class service, this is now my goto place for watch repairs. I heartily recommend it.

Had fantastic service from Kenny and franky at the irvine branch , they went above and beyong to get my ring to fit with my finger being smaller than the usual size , a credit to the company they  made my experience memorable and nothing was to much trouble for them , great price and fabulous service what more could you want when ring shopping for that special occassion

I bought a Rotary watch from your Bridgegate ,Irvine branch this morning. It was a very pleasant experience. I was served by a lovely lady called Fiona who was very helpful. I bought my husband a new wedding ring for Christmas. The staff were so lovely and helpful agreeing to seal the gift bag as my husband would be picking it up. Unfortunately the ring was too big. However, we took the ring back on Boxing Day and the lady we dealt with was incredibly helpful. They even offered to have the ring delivered to us at home and she arranged to have the delivery fee written off. Staff in this shop are amazing and we will never shop for jewelry anywhere else. 10 out of 10 :-

My mum was in charging an item she had purchased. Girls were very helpful and patient as my mum is quiet elderly.  Excellent service

My now fiancé bought my engagement ring from here and it was unfortunately to small, took it back in and they measured me and ordered in a larger size with no fuss, great team and customer experience
