Very relaxed and positive experience. I found the car I wanted and got it for a good price. No pressure or sales patter and the car was prepared to a high standard and ready for collection on the agreed day. My wife also bought her car here and is very pleased with it. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family looking for a second hand car.
A great, trustworthy, friendly, down to earth service from this well established, family business from start to finish, no pressured sales pitch, a fair price and the car came with a 12 month warranty, full service and MOT. It is obvious that they take pride in their service and good reputation. I highly recommend them. And my daughter is over the moon with her first car!
I had a great experience at H Mitchell Car Sales because the car I went to see was spotless, and in really good condition. I'd seen the car online, and felt the price and milage were good. Richard talked me through it's history. All previous scratches and chips identified by photographs sent to me early in the enquiry were cleaned up. I have never spent so much on a car but felt confident this car - with it's service history, and Mitchell's 12 month warranty would retain its value. Both Richard and Elliot knew so much about how the different models had been tweaked over the years and were honest and clear about what they felt were improvements and which were more experiments. I felt very confident that I could ask anything and get a straight answer. Had the car a couple of weeks now and still pleased!

A garage we feel we can trust We had found a Mazda that we liked at another garage, but with a higher mileage than we wanted. We had seen that Mitchell’s had a number of the same make in stock so we went to see if they had any that were suitable. They had a good selection of Mazdas and we eventually settled on a different model. For its age and mileage, the price was good and, after a test drive, we decided to buy it. Two days later, we picked it up, service and MOT completed, as promised. Anything not up to scratch had been replaced with new. They even offered a fair part-ex for my old car and it was old!. From start to finish, we never felt pressured. Karl was there when he was needed but not a pain like some car salesman. Altogether a very pleasant experience and one we would be happy to repeat, but not for a few years, hopefully.
