I love H &M but not being able to try on is a pain. Is there any consistency between stores? I can try on outside the store in the nearest toilet and take it straight back. What's the difference?
Very good selection of clothes, bur not being able to try on through Covid restrictions is a pain.
Favourite clothes. One of the bigger ones so able to find lots of styles
Can only comment on menswear, but they have a good selection for reasonable prices. Staff are always really friendly too.
Serious need of some Visual Merchandising. Must also be running below max stock capacity, alot of empty shelves and low density piles.
Unfortunately, it's impossible trying on clothes. I had to change the size twice and eventually returned the item. The payment is still not refunded
