Entered this shop yesterday and a male member of staff was beside the door no mask coughing and sniffing then walk g arou d shop floor, we left immediately. In the current climate this is a very bad influence.. Clean it up H&M
The covid planning is pretty good apart from the till and people trying to climb over you to get to the bargains. Upstairs is a better option for paying. Go to the kids section. Gel is available on the way in.
