I drop loads into here quite often. As you go in its a one way system follow that round then park up .go to the office to bookin .then the forklift driver will tell you were you need to be . The staff there are brilliant office staff very polite and the forklift drivers got at what they do . I was unloaded and out of there under an hour .

Arrived, told to open up and forklift driver will be with me shortly, 50mins later I went back to drivers reception to enquire, he'll be over to you now he's been doing something else, was there 1hr 40 in total delivering 50 pallets...26 lifts.  Seems postcode some drivers are given is wrong, get it from google and it's Junction Lane, see photo, down narrow driveway, use google maps last 200yds

Absolutely useless do not use. Late delivery. Once delivered in a horrific state refused to answer the phone.

Visited this company to find staff rude and to put it mildly the staff / visitor toilets were an utter disgrace and the business should be ashamed. Toilets were utterly filthy and broken. It only takes one visit to experience this to make it your last.

H and M provide an absolutely first-class service from start to finish. Their professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their communication throughout the process makes everything run smoothly. It’s rare to find a company that consistently goes above and beyond, but H and M truly deliver on both service and customer care. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a haulage company that you can trust completely.
