Ian was polite and enthusiastic. Good advice given. It was so useful to try the two different exercise bikes on display in the shop. I’m very happy with the bike I chose pictured below.

Due to my age, I though I needed some cardio equipment, but wasn't sure where to start. I was helped at each stage and Im delighted with the Treadmill & Cross Trainer, which was delivered ahead of time, excellent service from the team.

Turned to GymEquipment after 2 bad experiences with other suppliers of treadmills. Russell talked us through the various features and reliability at our price point. He contacted service engineers to crosscheck the concerns we had regarding belt slippage when used for walking rather than purely running/ jogging and confirmed the correct motor HP. At no time did he push us into a sale and welcomed us getting additional 3rd party input before making a decision. We ended up with a Sole F85, which was delivered on schedule, after a short wait for machines to arrive from China during the pandemic. Delighted with machine and service from Russell.

Very professional outfit. I enquired about a piece of equipment I intended to purchase and following my telephone conversation, was given a number of options via email. I was then given an opportunity to visit the showroom and try the equipment first hand. From placing the order to delivery was incredibly quick and the two fitters were superb. I would not hesitate to go back to this company in the future and indeed intend to for further equipment purchases in 2020
