Fantastic gym. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Caters for all levels of fitness. The equipment and facilities are immaculate and maintained to the highest level. I started training with Ollie with a goal to improve my overall fitness. Ollie is a fantastic PT, and also the owner of the PT Factory, who will encourage and motivate you to reach your goals while educating you on how to exercise and use the equipment safely to avoid injury. Inbetween sessions you will find him making constant improvements to the gym to ensure everything is maintained to a high standard. I started out with epic gymophobia and this very quickly changed after a couple of PT sessions. I would highly recommend this gym.
Been coming here for about two and a half months with Ollie as my trainer. I have never been in a more welcoming, friendly gym or had a personal trainer who caters for me specifically. I actually have fun in my sessions and somehow look forward to going! The other trainers are also so lovely and it is just a great atmosphere. If anyone I know ever needs a PT I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.
Trained with Ollie at the PT factory for 3 months. Ollie has a wealth of knowledge, especially when it comes to nutrition. He helped get me out of a plateau and helped improve my core strength. Ollie is a lovely chap and knows how to crack a joke while training which makes it more enjoyable. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming and it is a lovely environment to train in so I would recommend it!
Great gym and great PT's I joined in March 23 , so 4 months and counting. Ollie's a very knowledgeable trainer with years of experience and they have the best quality weights and machines. I found it much better than mainstreem gyms, open 24 hours and I always feel welcome. I can really feel the difference as the help on nutrition made such a difference to weight loss and muscle growth. Try it!!
Well equipped, friendly atmosphere, good facilities and spotlessly clean! Really enjoying my PT sessions with Dean. After 5 weeks, I am feeling motivated, stronger and healthier. Lots of variation within the workouts and never boring! All round a big thumbs up from me
Decided to try this gym, as i was down in area working for a week . Ollie made me feel very welcome . Plenty of machines all of which were working perfectly. Special mention to the dumbbells which go up to 42.5 kg am sure . Also i you fancy killing yourself, death by " Jacob's Ladder " is defo the way to go .
I've been a member of the PT Factory for almost 12 months now. There is always a great atmosphere and plenty of equipment to use. With the doors open 24/7 this offers great flexibility for those early mornings or late nights. Ollie and his team run a great gym and I wouldn't look anywhere else.
I've been coming to the PT Factory for over 12 months now, training roughly 2-3 times a week with Becky. Hitting middle age, and two decades of kebab and beer abuse, l set out to ultimately lose weight, get in shape, get fitter and generally improve my confidence, lifestyle and wellness/wellbeing. Under Becky’s expert personal training and nutritional guidance along with a calculated tailored workout plan, l managed to shed almost 2 stone, l’ve become a lot fitter, become stronger and got back into decent shape. My lifestyle has completely changed too, l eat better, sleep better and have loads more energy throughout day. I genuinely can’t rate Becky highly enough, she’s an amazing person, a fantastic trainer and an absolute pleasure to work with. With hard work, commitment and determination, Becky will get you the results. As for the venue, The PT Factory, Ollie owner and his team run an awesome Gym, l’m so glad l chose this place, it’s perfect, the atmosphere is chilled, music is great, l wouldn’t look anywhere else to train and workout.. personally l don’t like big overcrowded commercial gyms, the PT factory is the complete opposite, l wouldn’t look anywhere else. All Staff are super friendly, the gym is open 24 hours, doesn’t get overwhelmingly crowded, there's a extensive range weights and modern equipment to use.. It really is a great place to workout.
Great gym and great PTs! I’ve been training here since may with Chiara and its been the best gym experience I’ve ever had! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the equipment is amazing. Would definitely recommend!
