There's no-one on the floor to help you. I normally go for a spin class 4 or 5 times a week. I gave a feedback in person twice about a certain trainer being too hard core. Nothing changed. Almost lost interest in spin after being in his class. I tried to cancel my membership just a few day before the end of the month. Receptionist ensured me that things should be better in the new month which wasn't the case. Don't join this gym if you're working 9 to 5. It's extremely overcrowded after 6pm. Everyday there is a machine that doesn't work. There's no hand soap, bathroom looks dirty and dated. I'm not big into fitness, it's just an activity that helps me unwind after work, but this gym is not doing it for me.
worst gym i ever joined. they trapped people in three months contract. i couldn't go gym for more than 1 day because of my back pain issue. they changed me €59 each month for two months. and I try to cancel my membership they said you have to pay €98 to cancel membership. all the gym equipment are old or not working properly. morning and evening is to busy to workout swimming pool open for small time. such low standard gym for premium price. don't waste your money and time. ...
I've been a member of Gym Plus Swords for quite a while now. Great equipment, plenty of machines and benches, with a good layout. Like every other gym in Ireland it gets busy between 5 and 8 pm but is never to busy around these hours. Lovely spa facilities and the spin classes are always great fun aswel. What really elevates Gym Plus is the staff. Always very positive and pleasant and couldn't be more helpful. Keep up the great work
Great staff 10/10, they have it all, sauna, scotish shower, salt sauna , big pool plus the gym. Can't ask for more.
I will give Gym Plus Swords 5* because it has everything you need to work out and take care of yourself in just one facilities centre fitness room, functional area, spa, swimming pool, ... compared with others gyms in Swords or in the vicinity. The facilities you can use are really well in general. However, they should take over old equipments by new ones, make sure that partly damaged or damaged machines or equipment are repaire, and extend the facilities building surface, because it is challenging to train with so many people at busy hours, or just swimming becomes difficult. That can affect customer experience. So, they should be mindful of their capacities at the moment, and improve where needed to be better. Hygiene in changing rooms and shower zones is another area of improvement, though they do their best. They should repair broken lockers in changing rooms, as well and control better and appropriately premises temperature. The team is the friendliest one in any gym I have been to so far, despite of some exception, of course. There is always one! But in general good gym. I would recommend it.
This gym is the best I have ever used, staff are fantastic, the equipment and the layout of this gym is second to none, they offer a wide range of classes,which is all included in the price, along with a beautiful swimming pool, the qualified staff on the floor are so helpful with showing you the use of the machines, also personal trainers to help you gain goals overall I can't give this gym another praise best ever
Horrible place. Expensive 50 euro per month for: Old broken machines treadmills etc not being replaced/fixed. Dirty swimming pool. Changing rooms are dirty too and the staff doesnt care about rules within them. They are not efficient at all. Dust in many places around gym. Bad management of the whole place. Rude trainers. Theyre Constantly changing staff because they all leave. not surprised i would leave too
Swimming area is hardly ever free of kids or classes. Yoga teacher gives pilates class. The pilates teaching is always hardcore and doesn't follow the principles of pilates,expect an injury.
Nice place they also have a room for yoga a swimming pool a sauna all you need
Nice gym, very clean. no posers which is great, just normal people trainning, the staff is very pilite and helpful. For me its perfect as its on my way to work.
