While staying at our caravan in the area my husband needed to see a gp for a wound on his head, I called the surgery and was given an apt within the hour, registered as a temporary patient and was called in on time. His wound was infected and he was given prescription for antibiotics.  From start to finish the service at the medical centre was fantastic. So friendly and professional service. At home I would still be sitting on hold to even get through never mind have an appt the same day. Thank you for such an amazing service.

Have used this service 3 times since moving to the area and can not fault this practice! Two occasions I have rang aftern1pm and have been seen on the same day. Fantastic!

Staff are unhelpful. Getting appointments is so difficult and they don't offer any other kind of assistance.

After requesting vaccination records I realised that I had 19-20 years of missing records from previous surgeries. Sue has worked tirelessly to help me retrieve my medical records in order for me to start my new job and have accurate records. Sue has been so polite and understanding and I am very grateful for all her hard work.

Excellent care given to my Dad by several doctors in the practice. He was visited at home in his final days, and we really appreciated the care given by Dr. Wilson and Dr. Honeybun, both made every effort to make Dad more comfortable.  We also appreciated the team on reception, who were helpful and kind. We feel very grateful to all who cared for Dad and gave us a wonderful experience of healthcare at its best.
