Gwalia Recovery in the person of Andrew Beech have just completed a difficult recovery  and transportation of my broken down BMW. 
Both the access and the recovery position were highly problematic requiring two different types of vehicle to achieve it. Andrew was knowledgable,extremely efficient, suitably cautious, totally polite and pleasant company for the two hours it took to achieve. 
He is a credit and an asset to the company. The initial telephone response was handled well and the time schedule promised punctually adhered to. 
All impressions are of a very good organisation. My thanks.

My husband and I were recently rescued by this garage. We cannot praise them enough. Thank you to everyone that were involved. We broke down just outside of Caernarfon last Friday eve whilst on our way home from Bangor. I had just picked up my husband from hospital after having a knee replacement. He was in such a lot of pain, and these kind people did everything possible to make the rescue a comfortable ride for him. A big thank you to the wonderful recovery truck driver, and to the sympathetic mechanic who got our car going again. We can recommend Gwalia Garage very highly.

We broke down whilst on holiday in the area and Alan came out and rescued us. We were recovered to the garage and sadly they didn't have the part in stock. However Alan and the guys went above a beyond and got the part next day and car was fixed early the next day, even though it was a bank holiday. Even lent us a car so we could still get about. Excellent service, friendly people and great service.  Thanks again to everyone for your help.

We broke down on our way to a campsite and we're rescued by Adrian from Gwalia Garage. Bearing in mind it was half past six on a Monday evening he and his colleagues went above and beyond to help us on our way. Our camper van problem was quickly diagnosed back at their garage and as this meant waiting for a part they kindly gave us a lift to our campsite with all our gear from the camper. Our vehicle was fixed several days later and at a very reasonable cost. Such lovely friendly people - they literally rescued the start of our holiday.
