Absolutely the best curries I’ve had. There’s so much more than the usual choices, the Nepalese options are delicious, look forward to working my through the menu. Bit more expensive than other places but well worth it, generous portions and not super greasy.
First time getting a takeaway from Gurkha's Diner, it won't be the last. It was great well worth the money, it even came early which was a bonus. We will be ordering again very soon.
Been eating indian food for 25 years or more, best i have ever had.
The peshwari naan bread was quite a dry/crumbly texture but tasted nice. The Goan curry lamb was really nice, with a well balanced sauce that has layers of flavour to it. The curry also felt quite "clean" as far as currys go! and I didn't feel particularly heavy after eating it.
Allan last visited 1st August 2019 with family. Food very good & staff very friendly as usual. Would highly recommend
Thanks for a lovely evening food was very good so glad we found you again.
Just absolutely loved this restaurant, the food was excellent, the service was excellent, it was very nice and welcoming inside, so next time we are in the area we will definitely go back,.
Very nice friendly little restaurant. You need to climb some off putting stairs with grubby carpets to get to it but once in it is cozy with friendly staff and good tasty food and good sized portions.
Very good food here, I love the Indian/Nepalese fusion dishes. Staff very friendly. Only downside is it is a bit expensive.
