Bought a Mexican FSR which was on display but realised there were a few scratches. They were great with supporting me getting another one that they had shipped from another one of their shops and in mint condition. They also had both set up dropped action and adjusted the rod. Brilliant shop will be taking a friend there in a couple of weeks to get a tele!

He had done other work on another guitar and can’t recommend him enough, very knowledgeable in his field.nThe rest of the staff were also very helpful and knowledgeable and obviously have a lot experience with guitars.nPositive experience in general
Went here yesterday to buy a new guitar bag for our son. Excellent shop with all different guitars plus other instruments. Also plenty of staff on hand. Got a great guitar bag. Highly recommended for guitar enthusiasts!!
Would get a zero if it were available. A product ordered from these guys developed a fault. I live hundreds of miles away so took it to a local tech to determine the fault and whether it was a simple fix or needed a replacement part. Turns out a replacement part was required. Sent it back to Guitar Guitar, it took over two weeks to get an answer from them, and it wasn't through them actually picking up the phone and making a call, they had to be called by me! They confirmed it was a faulty component, just as my local tech had said but, because that local and fully qualified tech had taken a look for me, Guitar Guitar tell me that they do not honour the warranty! Joke! If Guitar Guitar are going to ship goods across the country, and then expect customers to pay for a courier service to take it back if it develops a fault, they should bloody well expect a customer to get an expert to diagnose the issue before spending money to get it shipped! Really poor customer care and I will not purchase a single item from these rip off merchants unless they rectify this and honour the warranty of my product.
Wanted to buy my first advanced guitar and was helped by Thomas. Thomas was really helpful even bringing out a Dean for me to play as i told him i loved pantera
