Carl arrived as soon as he could the same day I contacted him and provided helpful communications for what time he would arrive. The door lock mechanism was repaired and Carl went above and beyond to find the root cause of the problem and also address this, without additional charge. He also attended to a second issue which I hadn't initially reported and again made some small adjustments to the door to avoid future problems, free of charge. I was very happy with the quality of work done and the costs were fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Lockforce and will use them again.
I needed my locks changing quickly. Carl was very pleasant, was with me within a few hours to change the locks and realign the doors. I asked if he'd look at some window issues too and he went over and above to resolve them for me. Competitive price too, highly recommend. Thanks Carl, much appreciated
Carl is a real credit to the company. He had an excellent knowledge of locking systems and could easily identify and offer advice accordingly. The level of communication was a particular standout - he was always responsive to messages and kept us in the loop about any additional info we needed. When he turned up for the job, he was always on time and even dropped a pin on WhatsApp, so that we knew where he was. The work was excellent, and quick. He found some unforeseen faults and fixed them quickly and efficiently. A brilliant job all round and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Carl did a great job of quickly changing locks on all the external doors on my property. It was easy to book a time in advance and He arrived on time and quickly and efficiently changed all the locks at a good price. I'd highly recommend Carl as he made the changes to the door locks with no mess and did good job all round.
Carl came highly recommended to us from a neighbour as we had an issue with our patio doors. I sent Carl a photo of the issue and even though he couldn't help on this occasion due the specialist type of lock mechanism he went out of his way to recommend an inexpensive possible solution and even linked us to where we could buy some specialist spray to help resolve it. I spoke to Carl on the phone before arranging the call out and explained the situation that I was in and he was very informative with what the potential issues were and provided some potential solutions. when Carl came to check the lock he was able to identify the issue an fixed the issue within 30 minutes of knocking on my door. Overall, very happy with his work and professionalism and would use Carl again in future if needed.
I recently had ‭Carl Traviato‬ from Lockforce for a seized door mechanism and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of work and level of service provided. From the moment I contacted him he was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. The job was completed swiftly and to the highest standards. He completed a detailed report of why the lock had failed and has insured this will not happen in the future. 5/5 stars
I can’t praise Carl highly enough. He came to my house within 30 minutes and after a short time hey presto he gave me access to my home after I stupidly left my keys in the lock on the inside and left my home through the electric garage door. Hopefully I won’t do that again but if I do I will definitely use Carl again . I’d give more than 5 stars
Arrived at time agreed prior to visit. Back french door not locking. Free assessment for the quote. Faulty lock replaced with new mechanism at reasonable price. Door then realigned at now extra cost as this could have contributed to the lock failing. Work completed within good time and polite throughout the visit. Door fixed and locking when completed. Completely satisfied with the work.
Very pleased to have met Carl. He was very professional and personable at the same time. He answered all of my questions even the daft ones! and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the work and even took the time to help figure out a problem we had with a stuck window at no extra charge! Overall, I am more than pleased with the service Carl provided and would not hesitate to recommend him.
