Every member of our team is dedicated to delivering the very best in quality healthcare to you and your family. We also appreciate how busy lives are today, which is why we're open longer and more often.

Registered patients only can access our services and we offer a mixture of pre-booked GP appointments and walk in and wait GP/NP appointments also.

Myself and my 3 children have been registered patients here pretty much since they opened. Have always been treated well by all staff. The receptionists have always been extremely helpful (apart from 1 and she’s now left).
Have never felt rushed when seeing a doctor and always felt like they have listened. Sometimes the waiting time can be a bit long but I have also been one of the patients that have walked straight in and seen a doctor. Very happy with this surgery and definitely won’t be moving.

This practice book appointment for blood test and send the conformation text. Children's arrive their before time but after one hour's they said because children's under 16 year that is why need to go for Q.A   hospital.
Today I book an appointment for 9:15 but doctor said  because 5 minutes late that is why re casual the appointment. 
If doctor can not consider 5 minutes why patients wait 2 hours after appointment time. 
Why did book appointment for children's if they can't test for under 16.
This practice wasting the time and money. should be careful on reception while book appointment and doctor show sympathy towords him self and the patients not to be to and fro

I have had a multitude of problems with this place:
I am registered here but that doesn't make wait times any shorter. I was told to come in at 2pm when doctors arrive to ensure the shortest waiting time only to be told I would be waiting up to 4 hours!
If I want to make an appointment, the next available one is usually not for another month or 2.
Every time I have managed to see a doctor here (after at least 2+ hours of waiting), they seem in a hurry to get me out the door & are condescending, unempathetic and rude. There's only one doctor I've seen that has treated me with respect and seemed willing to listen to me. 
I have asked for a letter before which I was told would take 2 weeks to obtain, then when I needed one a second time, the doctor handed it to me right away!
I was also told that my test results would be ready in 3 days. Being the incompetent surgery that they are, I knew they would take longer so rang up a week afterwards, only to be told they still weren't ready!
When I call up the surgery, I am always waiting for absolutely ages to be connected to the receptionist. I actually timed it once where it ended up being 11 minutes before someone picked up the phone! 
I have had enough of this surgery and will be finding another one as soon as possible. Avoid at all costs if you want to be treated like a human being and not herded sheep.

Slowest practice in the world! got here at 8am when they are supposed
to open, doors opened late and then first person not seen till 25 minutes after opening! Also one out of two doctors not on time... he eventually strolls in an hour and twenty minutes late.... These people are an absolute joke! woman behind the desk obviously couldn't be bothered to help anyone as she just kept telling people "we don't do that here" when the patient was telling her they have always done that..

Dreadful health centre. The doctor was rude and there are at least 3 full weeks of waiting list
