I really love to come here to have my haircut. Phil is a really nice guy, very friendly and tries very hard to make your experience that extra bit special. I've also had my hair cut by another stylist and they were super too. As a nervous customer (agoraphobia so therefore getting a haircut is stressful), they were very understanding. They took the stress out of the experience for me and made me feel proud of myself.

There's space to stretch out and relax, good music, coffee and good chat. If you want to be quiet then they respect that too. It's just far nicer than the other places i've tried in the area where you feel rushed and stressed.

I want to say too that there's no snottyness here. The quality of the cutting is excellent and they've won some great awards but they don't look down on people. You don't need to look a certain way to be made welcomed here.  The staff are great at suggesting new cuts if you ask and they want you to feel and look great. So do pop along here and make it your regular. it might be a few quid more than the others but it's worth it and you'd pay a lot more for the same quality elsewhere. keep up the great work and see you for a cut soon.

I drive through a full town of barbers, hair dressers and hair stylists to go to Guappo! Phil and his team do a fantastic job!!!
