Absolutely rubbish place to buy stuff. Like all other reviews, the parts might have been on offer but the service is terrible. The service desk had no one attending , rung the bell for assistance and no one came for 10 mins. I was late for work so i thought i would better off going somewhere else next time.
Worst customer service ever,ordered a part from website “click&collect”,they emailed me part is in stock and ready for collection after 30mins,went to store for collection,they have taken payment and asked me to wait ,I waited there for 30 mins and they said they don’t have any stock ,complete time waste ,i drove 7 miles ,i have taken appointment with mechanic for this part to fix.nnWorst worst worst customer servicenStick to euro car parts
I've not bad to buy much of late for my car, luckily. I've used GSF before and was happy then, the recent service i received was excellent. They are now my 1st go to for parts.
Very poor customer services, gave me wrong parts someone else, didn’t confirm my car model , The person called Mr Mohammed who was answering the call from the sale department claiming as a manager however he was very rude and not a professional conversation at all. Not get a basic human respect too, mechanics should not recommend this store or the total GSF, I can’t even give one star
Girl with attitude, no customer interaction skills. Just said wait up to 30 minutes for my order and went to the back.nSurprised how she has a job.nSticking with euro car parts, always good customer service and people that look like they are happy working there
