Every time I go down here, the guys are always super duper friendly and helpful. They always work their best to try and come up with a solution and help me ascertain the best product for the job.
Have been here many times , very friendly , set back away from main road, so if you don't know the area it be very easy to miss it .
Very helpful staff that make sure you have the right part.
Wrong part arrived after supplying Reg number, the strange thing is they got the correct discs but the pads were completely wrong and were massive, way too big for the disc. Took them back but I couldn’t find their email receipt and they can’t swap parts without filling out a form and including the receipt number so phoned head office to resend receipt, they asked my address and name where the items were sent and they confirmed that the email was being resent - I asked them if that was definitely the receipt and they said yes, sending now. The only thing that arrived was the returns form again.nWe were wasting too much time so i said I’d just pay for the correct set of pads but they wanted £60 for them, these correct pads were much smaller but double the price. The guy in the shop said it’s the walk-in price and if I ordered online then it would be cheaper.nWas fuming but the guy said the boss wasn’t backing down so we decided to go to Eurocarparts. Got the pads for £40, opened the box to check they got the correct ones and they had the correct ones first time.nMaybe GSF have the wrong parts catalogue for registration lookup or maybe a picking error? This cost us an extra 1.5 hours so it doubled the job time. I will keep nagging them to resend the receipt. I will not give up on this.
