Great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Products are well priced especially with a discount code bear in mind that they can only be used with click and collect and not in store.

Would not honour the online click and collect price as the sales representative said "it's too expensive" . Also , GSF have failed to respond to my complaints about this situation on various forums including the review site they sent me the link to in email to review my "purchase" a purchase which I remind you they refused to honour, and also including their Facebook profile .... in short shocking service , don't trust the online deals if you have any more than a 5 minute journey to collect your "order" . I drove for 45 + minutes in either direction to attempt to collect my click and collect with no apology or recompense for my fuel outlay , vehicular wear and tear or time wasted . Shocking ! Avoid !!!

Could not fault the service provided by this company. The guy who served me in store was called D.J and he was brilliant!! He was so helpful going above and beyond his role to assist me and my partner as we couldn't get the part we needed in time for the holidays, wish all my experiences were like this one!! Well done and thanks again D.J!

Cheap, friendly and very knowledgeable - highly recommend

Fantastic prices for quality branded parts. But unfortunately service was very slow!! Had pre-ordered online the day before but still had to wait around whilst my order was prepared. Some parts were out of stock despite me being able to pre-order them online. Refund done in store but the money never went back in to my account?? Overall, a poor customer experience, but value for money would probably see me shop there again.

Bought an altenator late oct21 it was faulty after 2wks brought back early Nov21 its now may22 still no refund made complaint to customer services 3 times was told manager of the shop would call me still no fone call overall DISGRACE!!
