Excellent service as a buyer. Marie from the Sales Progression team did a great job keeping us informed and making sure things kept moving.
Grays are acting for the vendors of the property we are buying. They are extremely businesslike and supportive and have helped a difficult purchase to move smoothly. We cannot recommend them enough and would use them again.
Terrible service. Called them twice, different days and times and both times the call went to voicemail. I left a message requesting they call me back asap which they completely failed to do, causing me to I miss a property I wanted to offer on. Very strange way to run a business, I have never before encountered an agent so uncommunicative. So disappointed. Poor show.
