Spent a lovely evening here, while being entertained with live music from The Knightingales, who were excellent .nA great venue and the food we ordered was excellent. Had BBQ rack of ribs, they just fell off the bone, cooked to perfection. Decor was very well done, as an American Diner.nHappy staff and a very nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
Great food, good price and friendly staff
Went to Grumpy’s Diner today with my wife and son. Fantastic service by Kerry and Lily who were very attentive and friendly. Excellent portion sizes for both adults and kids at a good price. Food was really great can’t fault it
My partner and I visited Grumpy’s Diner last week whilst on holiday and absolutely fell in love with the restaurant. There was so much to look at within the restaurant as it was so well decorated and the food was absolutely incredible. The staff were so lovely and friendly that we decided to go back for my birthday where we once again got amazing service and absolutely wonderful food. We even brought some candles that they set up in my dessert and brought out to me. We’re absolutely devastated you’re a 2 hour drive away but if ever we are in the area we will be sure to come visit again
Went in tonight thurs at about 5 30 - 6 pm. Not many eating so atmosphere only 3 tho I'm sure if it's busier that rating would have been higher. We were served by indie who's personality made it easy to relax and feel welcome. Nothing was to much trouble and we never felt rushed. Food was good although there was only rump/sirloin steaks other items obviously available but I really wanted rib eye to be honest. I know that the menu should be good food at affordable prices which it was before anyone gets upset but I really fancied it. Sal had jacket tatty which she also enjoyed. All in all a good experience with some 60's tunes just loud enough so that you never had to shout.
