Very bad workmanship! Bad leaks from the new roof fitted since. Trying to sort out with Aidan Quin and his Manchester Flat Roofs cowboy builders "company " since 2013. Nothing is happening, apart from the roof getting worse and more damp and damage on the property. Unable to use two rooms in the house due to a bad damp since Aidan Quin and his Manchester flat roofs have fitted a new one. Taking them to court. Try to avoid them like plague if you can and use rather a qualified and competent company.
What a fantastic job these guys did. Arrived early morning and did not stop till work was completed. Removed old asbestos corrugated roof, fitted extra support beams, then fitted their speciality flat roof. Absolutely over the moon with the result. Aidan and his work force are a credit to their profession. Aidan responded very promptly to my job listing and gave me a great quote. The new garage roof fitted is 8m x 2.5m and it now looks great.
Aidan and his team were very professional, effecient and reliable from start to finish. I called Aidan for a quote he was very friendly and gave us very good advice on how to save some money , the quote was very reasonable and the quality of the work was spot on... they started the job the next day, they came on time and left the site very clean and tidy, we were very pleased to hire them and we would recommend them 100%.
Aidan phoned me the same day I entered my details on Rated People, called round the next day to quote the same price as another contractor I enquired of, but Aidan said he could do the job in one day, whereas the other contractor would take two. True to his word, he turned up exactly on time, with two vans, a large trailer, and two operatives. They worked like Trojans all day, with only the briefest of stops for a quick lunch, cleared up after themselves and took all their rubbish away. Couldn't ask for more!
Used Manchester Flat Roofs for some GRP roofing a few months ago, fantastic service! Guys came on time each day, site left spotless. Would recommend to anyone!
