We have always used what was Grove Street Tyres and it is pleasing to note that when Merityre took over the business, they have managed to retain the same high standards of customer care and excellent service.  I am very grateful to the chaps at Merityre, particularly Paul and Sam for their assistance with sourcing me some tyres which can be hard to find. When the distributor sent the wrong ones, they chased the order up and promptly got me the correct sizes and carried out the fitting quickly and efficiently. They stayed in touch by 'phone and kept me updated on the progress of my order.  Everyone at Merityre is cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommend the company for efficient service at a good price. My only minor gripe is that when it comes to paying, customers are asked to provide their emails for an online receipt. I really wish organisations wouldn't do this. I get more than enough junk mail!  Thanks to everyone for sorting my car out today. I really appreciate the great service.

They are always very fair & honest, as I have visited here several times before.I had 2 new front tyres fitted plus a new spare tyre installed.They reserved the 2 new front tyres for me as they'd had a delivery on the previous day, they also checked the state of my car's battery & my car's alternator.They set excellent customer service standards.

Rang today at four for some new tires and wheel alignment and was told to bring my car straight in and they did it whilst I was waiting took less than an hour and also fixed a heat pad that needed sorted free of charge amazing service and would totally recommend also had a good range of tires at different prices so perfect if you need something on a budget. Really friendly people as well and didn’t make me feel stupid as a young girl. Thank you so much

Free wheel alignment check without booking done in no time with professional explanation of result. Will definitely be back when my tyres need replaced, because I got a feeling it will be good experience of professional service.

I have used this branch for many years for a variety of jobs.  Amazing service from everybody from quotation through to completion of job.  I called at very short notice for brakes and discs recently and nothing was too much for the team.  Always a great service and would definitely recommend.

Great service and fair pricing.  Recently took my girlfriend's car in as  tyre had slow puncture. They inspected the tyre and removed the offending bolt and made a repair. All in about an hour.  Great service, recommended.
