Lovely restaurant with delicious Greek food! We had a very kind waitress who took the time to explain the menu to us and helped us decide on our meal for the evening and also gave us personal recommendations on what to try. The owner also spoke to us and was incredibly friendly and shared some stories of his time growing up in Greece. All in all a wonderful experience, and definitely worth a visit.
Absolutely delicious food, everything is well thought of and even the bit of salad that came with the dish was super tasty! I had the pork souvlaki/ skewers and it was heavenly. The people owning the place were polite, engaging, and had a huge smile on. This place is highly recommended and I will be definitely coming back for seconds.
What an amazing experience we had with warm welcome and delicious food. We were little late towards closing time but we were welcomed by and food was freshly prepared for our family. Amazing polite staff and all items we ordered were very good in taste and portions. Kids also enjoyed the Greek food. Thank you Creta, we will visit soon during our next trip to Margate
Such a lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious . Only managed a photo of the starter as we got carried away with our mains, they were so yummy. Vegetarian options: They also offer vegan options and could change some items on the menu to suit our requirements.
I've been wanting to try this place for ages. We walked on for lunch and were welcomed by the staff. We sat down and didn't have to wait long to be served. The food we ordered was amazing, incredibly tasty and excellent value for money. I'll happily come back again soon. And they also do takeaways!
One of the best value and tastiest lunches around. The lunch special gyro is superb. I always have the lamb, in a wrap with chips and salad. It’s so tasty and very reasonably priced. A lovely little place full of authenticity.
Liked this place, we had the lamb kleftico which was really tasty. The home made baklava is a must. Good prices as well. Don't be put off by the look from the outside. Staff were really friendly and I would go again.Food: 4/5
Stopped in with work colleagues and all agreed that we made a fantastic find. With help from fantastic waitress we settled on a shared meat mezze with a main of kleftiko. Started were delicious and lamb main was amazing. Obligatory baclava to finish was perfect - not too sweet. Definitely going back there next time I'm in town.
Sat down outside whilst the sun was out. Food Tzatziki and Moussaka was beautiful, so filling that i had to take the Galaktouboureko dessert home. Service was perfect, in particular i was served by Shayla, who was very professional. The family members of the restaurant were so polite and everyone made sure everything was going well for me.
Our first time at Creta and it was fantastic! We had the Bekri Meze, grilled octopus and Lamb Kleftiko. All dishes were so fresh and home-made. Highly recommended and we will be visiting again soon! Antonio & Martin
