Reviews

Professional from start to finish, answered all of our questions and were quick and efficient. We actually overpaid and they sent us a cheque and apology, we didn't even realise. Months down the line I've forgotten about the cheque and they've contacted me to remind me. Very helpful!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, they dont give clear detailed instructions on there quotes, change there mind all the time. Also question personal banking information that isnt needed.  After getting emailed quotes, admitting they've been paid certain amount from lender, they then change there mind. Not sure a lot of them know what they are doing. Wouldnt trust this company, do not use them

We received fantastic professional conveyancing service from Grindeys. All queries answered swiftly and explained in plain English. Had big problems with our buyers solicitor but was handled brilliantly by Rachael at Grindeys who always acted in our best interests. Great service.

Do not use, will spend over a month on the most simple query until you contact them to chase. Currently cost me £'00's in interest in my remortgage because they fail to do anything until repeatedly chased. Referred by LMS, check who they plan on assigning you because if it's these guys you stand no chance in closing within a reasonable time-frame.

Calculated the redemption figure wrong and then told me they weren't "financially trained" so it wasn't their fault (? how can you be responsible for hundreds of thousands of pounds but you don't know how to use a calculator). Failed to pass on advice, will only buck pass complaints. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was a bit worried looking at the reviews but I was actually very impressed with the excellent service I received I have now re-mortgaged and am on my super low rate mortgage ! Fantastic Service :)
