I used Griffiths Bwtrimawr when my mum died in February. I had no experience with funeral directors and I dreaded the moment she would be collected. However, the care, respect, time and quiet ceremony shown when they came to collect her was truly exceptional.nnI was given the time and gentle support to place her blanket, her rag doll and a flower with her. That moment meant so much to me and was handled with such dignity and compassion.nnThe communication and support that followed were equally outstanding. Kim guided me through every step of the process, from visiting Mum in the funeral home to organising all aspects of the funeral. She also gave me the confidence and reassurance to lead the entire ceremony myself, which meant everything to me.nnKim is simply the best of the best.nnAt one of the hardest times in my life, I could not have asked for a more respectful, kind or professional service. We received wonderful service from everyone involved, from start to finish they couldn't do enough for us, even dealing with difficult circumstances due to certain difficult family members. I cannot thank the team for all their kindness and support since losing our beloved dad. The way the team and most of all, Daniel, have supported and cared for my mum since dad’s passing is second to none. It is as if they were looking after family. One month on from the funeral and they are still making sure mum is ok. The service they provide is over and above what you expect from a funeral director.
