Excellent service, delicious food and great atmostphere. 1st time here but will be back. My friend and I had fish and chips they were first class.
Carvery is just the best. Service 2nd to non. Sitting Area is really nice. Theyve made a drive thru in the carpark. Gets very busy on weekends so if you want to sit inside might be best to book a table
Friendly staff, nice meal and lovely open fire on a cold evening
Sunday dinners are the best!! Meat is so tender just melts in your mouth and veg is freshly cooked.

Great Sunday lunch in the form of a carvery. Two sizes; regular and large. A good selection of meat and veg. Cooked to a great standard. Help yourself to veg, gravy and Yorkshire pudding, after choosing your meat, or mince & dumplings. Great staff. Gets busy at peak times. Very highly recommended.
Excellent Carvery I had Mince&Dumpling which was very tasty, The rest of our party tried a selection of the meats Beef, Pork, Gammon, Turkey and everybody was very impressed with the portions size and tenderness, Roast potatoes are awesome and you can have as many Yorkshire Puddings you can fit on ya plate, Will be back to sample the main menu sometime for sure as Sunday is carvery only, Word of advice you can't book a table and between 12 & 2 it was very busy but we got a table quite quickly Carvery is on till 5. Staff where helpful and polite.

Just popped in for refreshments on the way home on a 10km walk when the menu seemed quite inviting... Chinese chicken curry with chips and rice was a meal to behold, delicious and large!! Was hoping to have room for the apple crumble but maybe next time, lovely welcome and excellent service and staff, definitely going back!
