Not many things to play on but fine for a stroll and a quick spot of fresh air in a nice environment
Grenfell Park is a lovely small to mid size park with much to commend it. There is a good size children's play area. Basketball /mini football area. A hillside tree lined walk. Pavilion cafe, fountain, picnic tables and a zip wire. It is well maintained and a credit to Maidenhead.
Really good fish and chips. The cod fillet that they pick is nice and juicy. The gravy is really good with a very smooth ginger hint that you may even not realize. And after I saw the guy checking the fried fish temperature this place caught my attention. You will not be disappointed.
Brilliant park for kids, all the basics plus a fantastic zip line and bucket swing that's top class. Plus for those into cannons a replica cannon....
It's ok for a stroll and for kids to play. Cafe is good
Great experience for the whole family and lots of space for social distancing.
This park is one of our least favourite but it has two ziplines. One for the little ones and one for the older children. There are small paths behind the bushes for a little adventure. The cafe is open and sells REALLY good ice cream it also has a loo which the lady wipes down covid safe. There's also a basketball court.
Great Park for all! If there, be sure to check out Bob's Cafe in the park, great Indian food, drinks,ice creams etc ...
Pleasant park plenty of things to do, has a good cafe open as usual now
