Not enough staff quicker to get a delivery. Staff have to get deliverys ready as well as serve people in shop driver's walk straight in to front of queue going to avoid greegs
Was told this morning this shop won't except cash....shame I was a good customer, plenty who still except though
I've never been to this Gregg's, didn't even know it was there. But they are everywhere and everything is the same so it'll be another 4 star shop based on how boringly cloned -no, sorry- consistently uniform they all are. Where I did go was the fruit and veg shop sorry, I don't know the shop name that's close by. That was my first time there and the stuff was all very fresh and reasonably priced. I'll be back, they are strongly recommended.

Visited here on my trip to Whitley Bay yesterday. I'm not normally a fan of pre-packed sandwiches however I like the sound of the Chipotle Chilli baguette so thought I'd give it a try. It was absolutely delicious! The employee who served me warmed it on the oven and I savoured every bite. Definitely the best pre-packed sandwich I've ever had!

Been here a couple of times including this afternoon with my young kids. Everything is always spot on. Hot fresh food, plenty of choice including vegan options. But I particularly wanted to comment on how friendly and polite the staff are. Always smiling, nothing is it too much hassle for them. Thank you :.
Very helpful and cheery staff. Great sausage and bacon butties for breakfast served until 11am. Loads of the usual Gregg's pasties, sausage rolls, cakes and sandwiches. Good coffee too. All really good prices.
Never have any pasties ready, always low on stock.
Big shout out to your staff they were fabulous and helped me out in my differcult situation. Thank you so much.
