Food and service not bad but the toilets were disgusting. I'm run a Cleaning company for over 10 years and I'm not sure how this amount of grime has been allowed. I understand it's extremely busy in the day but the muck around the sinks and toilets is months of grime build up. As a food establishment surely they should have professional cleaners on rather then their own food servers. I was so tempered to go to my van for products go give it a good clean. Very disappointed.

Takes what seems like forever to get served. Members of staff are stood chatting while customers are queuing out of the door. The floor and work surfaces behind the counter are filthy.

I have been to the store today 10,03,2017 the staff were rude abrupt and my pasty and a bacon and cheese pastry were cold when questioned they answered wel its not a hot cabinet you know. Disgusting customer service wont visit this store again.
