Manager today was awful!! 
Very rude to customers and staff. 
Kept talking down to one of the employees in front of customer and kept contradicting him! 
Management needs changing! 
She has no customer service knowledge at all!!

Love Gregg's!  Very fresh, clean.  Gregg's could do with laying in an extra member of staff during lunch hours, bit tight on the one person behind that counter who's baking, prepping to boot.  Queuing can take quite long.

Had cup of tea and coffee disappointed they didn't sell toast

Cold food at 10.00 am. No pastry ready by 11.00.  Staff sleep till 10.30.
