Probably the worst run Gregg's in the area. Every morning around 8-9am long queues. 3 tills available and always just one member of staff working. Shame really its on the main route to the industrial estate, and no consideration has been made for this. The fridges for sandwiches and baguettes is always empty so you can't even get your lunch on the way to work!nnA good location, just needs some proper management. Plus friendly staff would help, constant attitude:nnToday is just another day I waited for 23 minutes and gave up!
The staff member who served me was friendly and polite and the food was served quick! Would go again

Don't buy a magic bag from here there is literally nothing magical about it. You get what little trash the staff don't want to take home with them. It's more expensive than any of the other Greggs and you get an awful lot less food and are usually made to stand out front for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to serve you. I've picked up bags from bridgeway and have been overwhelmed by the quantity of food in the bags and I've collected bags from here on 3 separate occasions and all 3 times it's been a chicken sandwich and a cheese and ham sandwich. Despite all the food on display that the staff help themselves too. Shocking service
