Staff today were so excellent. The lady serving was really friendly and helpful. I dropped some food on the floor like a complete idiot and they were so friendly about it and jumped to help me straight away. Can’t ask for anymore than that really! Thanks team at Hedon
Customer service is shocking. Not even a smile. I ordered a chicken and bacon hot toastie. I watched him lazily cut the sandwich after it being warmed, he hadn’t cut it all the way through but still proceeded to rip it apart which made the underneath bread rip and all the toppings fall off then still forced it into the bag and handed it to me. When paying £3.50 for a sandwich, you don’t expect a pile of slop, You expect a sandwich. My partner ordered some pasties too, all of them absolutely stone cold didn’t even taste like they had been warmed at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Good food, lovely staff and quick service. I can't say there's a 'good atmosphere' because it is in a petrol station, but there is a bench outside to eat at and plenty of parking.
Went in at 2pm Saturday hardly any sandwiches leftnWent in today around 11am about 4 options of sandwiches available, and no chicken bakes this has happened on many occasion now and 1 of the ladies serving was so ignorant no please or thank you
