Been here a few times and it's always busy. There seems to be lots of staff around but only ever one on tills.nHowever after seeing young girl today use meat tongs on my vegetarian toastie, and when I asked her if she'd used the correct ones, she was rude to me and walked off I won't bother coming to this Greggs again. Thankfully my complaint to head office was responded to quickly and agreed about being more careful with cross contamination of items. It won't deter me from Greggs just this particular store.
I'm sure this would be a pleasant experience like most Greggs' stores if they actually had anything for sale after lunch hour. I've dropped in just to walk straight back out again for the third time in a matter of weeks because there's virtually nothing on sale besides cakes & vegan hot food.
Greggs is simply scrumptious, a smashing establishment with exquisite pastries, top notch!
Quick service, clean, decent amount of seating. Sausage roll was hot but pasty was cold and I was not asked if I wanted it heating up.
It's Greggs and if you catch it at the correct time you might even get hot foodnnStaff are always helpful
