Was just very rudely spoken to by the person behind the counter in this Greggs, I asked very politely for 2 cappuccinos and the person behind the counter, who was slouched over and sitting on the food/work surface said in an aggressive tone “coffee machine doesn’t work” and that’s it, they didn’t give no alternative or even apologise. Food is great.
The worst cup of coffee ever sausage rolls we're cold hard and disgusting.nStaff are ill managed unhappy as you would be working in a dump Like Greg's
Their coffee machines have been broken for 5 weeks. Come on it’s not rocket science, and I know, I’m a rocket scientist.
Extremely disappointed in the shop today no vegan sausage rolls was offered a curry pasty for breakfast disgusting. I asked for an omellette bap with no butter to be told all the baps had been buttered i asked why was this to save time also told no bagettes available either. When i asked to speak to the manager they were no were to be found very poor service.
The pizza slices are put in a bag and was given to us upside down and the cheese stuck to the bag I had to buy another 1
