This Greggs in Galashiels is the best managed branch that I have visited. The whole place is spotless including the toilet area, the staff not only service a very busy outlet but continually maintain and keep the seated area spotless. The condiments are is also well stocked with the bin being replaced regularly. . Keep up the good work guys hopefully the area manager gives you guys an award for awesome service......

Absolutely delicious, you can't beat a Greg's. Staff were fairly friendly and it seemed quite accessible.
No cheese and onion at 2pm .Cold, undercooked, corned beef pastie, horrible.

Great place for food. Great service and it's your usual Gregg's store! Happy to wait for food coming out the oven as they're usually busy. But worth it and Halal meat isn't exactly a crime. They use it to help bring in a wider range of customers. The meat is actually cured better and it tastes much nicer. Some people genuinely will find anything to cry over
