Today, on November 10, 2022 around 10:50 am we were in this place.  This was the worst Gregs service in 6 years when we are in Scotland.  The old lady at the cash register was very unpleasant from the beginning.  I ordered three sandwiches and 2 coffee and water on take-away, while my wife and son went to the toilet, I sat down at the chair to add sugar to the coffee, the old lady who took my order started to talk in an unpleasant tone that I can't sit on the chair because I took the order on take-away, and the sit-in order is more expensive!  I would like to add that in that place ALL the tables were empty and I did not get any bags or cupholder for drinks so I was need some time for pack it up somehow for the train which I had in a few minutes.  I recommend to try to not treat your customers as rubbish, and train the staff to be polite and treat your customers with respect.  I do not recommend this place, the worst Gregs in the country.

I was in Greggs, Bellshill, Hamilton Road on Tuesday 20th December. I purchased a roll & links sausage, and I ended up with Food Poisoning  PLEASE BE AWARE!!!

I have been noticing a lot of teens here asking for money from people during lunch time. Why is there kids begging for money? I have been asked three times now. Look. Go ask your parents for money. Update Sat 12 november. Now there is a homeless guy that looks like he came here on a dingy boat that is sitting outside greggs asking people for money. He needs moved. Get them off our streets. Update 9/12/2022. Was in the shop today. What a shambles it was. The queue was massive. There was four people behind the counter and only one person serving. I was in the queue for more than 10 minutes. The woman in front of me clearly had enough and walked out. You could hear people saying that the service was ridiculous. The other workers were just floating about behind the counter. You would think during these busy times of the day. They would take the initiative and get on the tills and serve the customers fast. As this will probably be their lunch break and don't have the time to stand about waiting because of bad management and basic common sense practice. I wonder why no one has contacted Greggs head office by now.

The staff that work here are clowns I've walked out this shop on 3 occasions because I've been standing there waiting to be served for 10 minutes or more and not in a queue either on one occasion there was 3 of them behind the till and still left me standing , the prices are a joke there's absolutely no filling in the bakes anymore your paying for sauce and pastry greggs isn't the same as it used to be and this shop in particular has people working in it who seem to me that they have never dealt in customer service before

The prices are ridiculous,  £120 for a sausage roll is to expensive

What to say .....great food....great prices. Simple fantastic tasting pastries and cakes.

Worst greggs ever, staff are incompetent honestly got my order wrong sent steak bakes instead of sausage bean melts then when we called said we will send a replacement round if someone is in your area which shouldn't be the case as at the end of the day they messed up ether way over a hour later the replacement arrives and guess what they've done it again sent round steak bakes honestly if the staff can't tell the difference between pastries they simply shouldn't be working there. Fair enough making this mistake once but come on making the mistake twice is a joke especially when you specified how they got it wrong

Hi I love my Greg's §þeak bake and coffee pure heaven the staff ģreat well worth a visit.

I don't recommend this place.  Rude staff with no respect for the customer.  Lack of personal culture.
