Generally very good service, enjoyed my purchases, yet empty tables aren't cleaned of food hubris inside of 10 minutes.
Needs more on the menu and the stuff in theWindows is not hot at all unless straight from oven cold

My wife loves the place.
The staff here really make the place. They are so friendly and helpful. The food is a bit uninspiring, but the coffee is okay and there are worse places to visit during your lunch break.
Tasty food, quickly available with friendly service. I enjoyed a tomato soup, spicy beef panini heated up and a pumpkin spice latte. All for under six quid, so great value.
I love Gregg's. No matter which branch I go into I always get good customer's service. We love their sausage rolls so I like to get them to take away about once a month. Keep up the good work Gregg's.
