Small, yet clean and tidy. Staff are welcoming across all shops and other Gregg's ™ Outlets, which is really pleasing to see. Food is kept to a high quality too.
Rude staff. served today by a lady, showed a lot of attitude when she was speaking. Unfortunately, not going back there again. terrible
Popped in to shop to buy pkt of mince pies lad serving me was very polite I gave him money for my pies thank goodness there was a screen between us as he sneezed straight into his hands with money in them aswell god help the next person to get it with their change. So sorry definitely shell not be going in again I think he should be trained about hygiene .
Late opening every day need to get out of bed 10 mins earlier
Can't argue with the service at this particular branch of Greggs. All of the staff are very friendly and the service is impeccable. It can get busy during lunchtimes, especially from the local college, but there still is very little waiting time. My three stars are only because the shop is too small. In a bigger unit, this store would score at least a 4.
DO NOT VISIT THIS GREGGS IF YOU HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. I'm vegan, and my colleague is Muslim. Because of our diets, we often enjoy a vegan sausage roll from Greggs on a lunchtime. However today when I ordered a vegan roll I was given a pork sausage roll instead - and only realised when I bit into it. I'm disgusted and shocked that this happened. I know that vegan sausage rolls have different patterns in the pastry, are cooked in separate ovens, and are on different shelves, but the worker at this Greggs still picked up the meat sausage roll. Will not be coming back to this Greggs again.
Used too pop in there and ask what time they closed, so I could pop back later after I done my shopping, too buy hot pasties dog nuts, custards. Sometimes a salad or sarnie if they weren't too expensive too buy.
Nice and friendly staff, always make you feel welcome. Down side is that it get pretty busy during lunch time, but they always keep stuff stocked up. Not once have I experienced or seen something I wanted that wasn't there from there menu.
Nice coffee, food is fresh, fast service, friendly staff
Like the Spoons of the bakery industry Greggs always delivers. Coffee and a bacon baguette was just what I needed!
