Purchased a Stihl Mini chain saw pruner. Great service, prompt delivery, no issues throughout the order process and prices were competive to buy Stihl products online in the UK. The product is excellent and arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
Bought a Honda izy 18” self propelled lawnmower,took it out of the box and expected it to go first time,after quite a few pulls it started running but the wheels wouldn’t turn. So rather than sending it back to Godfreys I gave it to my local mechanic to fix it .as yet I don’t have it back so I don’t know what caused the issue.
Ordered a new Honda mower as it was the best price I could find and my local dealer was £100 more expensive. It arrived the next morning and I cut my lawn that afternoon. Excellent service!
Godfreys were very easy to deal with .very professional on the phone and mower delivered in less than 24hrs so five star service from a five star company..thank you Adrian and team oh and very very happy with my purchase
Appalling customer service. I always walk out disgusted, by the laziness and disinterest you get from the staff. You can't help but feel noone wants to be working in there. I had stopped using them all summer, after I was confronted by a very rude member of staff and vowed I wouldn't return, but because I had a client down the road, I thought I would give them another go today. I waited 5mins, despite people sat behind desks, to be told that the parts guy had gone to lunch this was before 12pm and that noone there could help me. It amazes me that they can operate with only one person, per area. I will order my good online in future.

I ordered a pair of boots through buy a parcel the boots were never delivered I'm still waiting for a refund a month later absolutely disgusted! I'm waiting for pay pal to resolve it. Do not order from this company! Not to be trusted.
How does this company make money? Perhaps they don’t & that’s the problem. I rang three times today. Each time the phone rang & rang. No answer so I went there instead. There was one person on the phone someone else sat in the office who wasn’t on the phone when I arrived. There was also a person & secretary in another office. There were no other customers in the shop & no one came over & apologised for the appalling service or explained they would be with me shortly. After ten minutes of waiting I left in disgust. They didn’t seem interested in the fact they may have just lost a large sale. I shall be taking my custom elsewhere. I’ve given one star which In my opinion is generous!
Excellent speedy supply and delivery. I would recommend to others.
