Really helpful, happy chatty staff . Thank you for always making us feel welcome .
Had to go & renew my disability blue badge & the woman i saw was very polite & did everything possible to make me feel at ease the process was made very easy & even have a disabled toilet here because the previous person was 15mins late for there appointment they couldn't do enough to make me comfortable & offered me tea or coffee & biscuits while i waited & even asked if i wanted to help do a massive jigsaw that they have out on a table to help pass the time. Always a very friendly atmosphere when you walk in.
Lovely small compact library, with a good selection of books for all ages. Staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help make your visit as comfortable as possible. Easily accessible as everything is on one level which is good for those who are disabled and need to use a mobility aid. As a Senior Citizen OAP I was offered a cup of tea or coffee and a table to sit at to drink it. Library has an internet room for those who'd like to go online with several computers to use. Library is open at 10am-12:30am and 2pm to 5pm on Monday's, 10am-12:30pm and 2pm to 6-30pm on Wednesday's and from 10am to 12-30pm and 2pm to 5pm on Friday's then 10am-1pm on Saturday's.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of books for the kids to read in the childrens area. Theres a computer area also for members to use :
