Very nice community GP centre with on site pharmacy,lovely staff,helpful.nThe reception staff was helpful and call consultation with GP was offered the same day. The pharmacy is well stocked and staff very helpful.The shelves and overall space is clean which is something other pharmacies should take as example .Well done!
Superb all round. Never think the attached Chemist is part of the surgery. It is not, as they are the complete opposite to the terrific personal caring service of the staff and medical staff of the surgery.
I had a terrible experience with this GP practice. The lady on the phone was very rude when I called about my appointment. Yesterday, I was clearly told that my appointment for today would be in person, but when the time came, the doctor called instead and said he couldn’t make it. It’s completely unacceptable for patients to be judged as “not serious” or accused of “faking” their GP appointments when the issue is on their end.nnThis was a horrible experience, and I’m already looking to switch to a different GP. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.

The doctors are fantastic. Always super polite, friendly and efficient. They never rush you and are always accommodating.nnThe reception staff, though… they can have an incredibly vile attitude towards people and they have 0 patience - witnessed firsthand when my mother called about making an appointment due to a persisting cough and got immediately shut down and told “no” to an appointment for then my mother having to lie about the reason for an appointment to be seen, to THEN be seen by Dr. who immediately sent her for a scan. The receptionists act like they are the doctors on the phones and then are incredibly rude when you give them a reason for appointment that they don’t deem “acceptable”.nnThe reason for 4/5 is due to the fact I’ve been with the practice for years, the doctors and nurses are lovely & you can actually be seen within a reasonable amount of time.
