We have recently sold a house through GTH. One of the staff at the Honiton branch, Stephen Gardner, kindly guided us through the process. Me and my partner we're buying our first home from a seller who was using GTH as their estate agent, and throughout the whole process the staff at GTH were incredible. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, and did a great job at helping us to communicate with the seller and sellers solicitors when problems would arise. Overall they went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Clear advice and communication from the team, especially Stephen, who when the going got a bit tough was always positive and instrumental in concluding the process. We found GTH to be helpful when asked for some small favours, and always prepared when we met. The weakest link in the selling/buying process was the legal side, a lot of time was lost here, GTH however drove the communication. Thanks to them all.

Stephen and Rebecca were brilliant. Property listed 19th October 2022 and Sale completed 29th Jan 2023. The marketing package was superb resulting in immediate response for viewings. We were kept informed at all times of the progress of the sale and where any queries arose they couldn't be more helpful. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to sell in the Honiton area.
GTH staff were very efficient, pleasant and polite. Their communications were also excellent during the process of my buying a house through them.
Excellent service, especially by Stephen Gardner. He was patient with my numerous phone calls and emails as my purchase was a long process. It was a lovely touch that when I went to pick up the keys, they put two mugs with GTH on the side in the bag with the keys. Can highly recommend them.
