Really lovely farm, BUT don't go after school!! It cost about £20 for 2 adults and a child (It closes at 5pm, last admission at 4pm), and everything was simply being packed away, closed etc, with nothing running! We walked around watching staff packing away, and apart from a lovely friendly man in the Hatchery, everyone seemed to feel that we were very much in the way! Beautiful buildings, and well cared for animals, as well as a fair park and activity area for very young children.

Lovely little farm. I do feel for some of the animals as some of the pens seem very small for either the size of the animal or the number of animals. One of the members of staff was a little rude to some children by me trying to feed some mummy sheep and told them not to as they were segregated for a reason. There was not one sign saying not to feed them. My son loved getting in with the goats. My toddler loved the cats and feeding the sheep and goats. I reeeeally wish you would put a second toilet down the bottom. We spent most of our day down the bottom end with the playground, milking display, tractor ride etc. And I'm toilet training my 22 month daughter and I'm currently battling with illness so it was so exhausting for me to keep taking her back and forth. The cafe is clean and lovely to have a bite to eat in. The petting session was a fab and my kids really enjoyed seeing some of the animals close up. Brilliant price for a day out during the school holidays.

This farm is an amazing little place, although small there is so much to do. My daughter is 3.5yrs old and has loved it from when she was tiny. We love the tractor rides, which are included in the entrance fee as are lots of baby and toddler sessions every Tuesday. The staff are all very friendly and fab with the children. The play areas are great although we have not made it to the adventure playground on any of our visits yet. The food in the cafe is reasonably priced and tasty and i would higly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic day out for all the family and children of all ages. Especially in the school half terms holidays and summer holidays. They have a wide variety of different animals on the farm with a opportunity to feed most of the animals. They also host fantastic Halloween party's every year. They have a huge adventure play park and a tractor ride for all to take a trip around the outskirts of the farm for even more animals and wildlife to enjoy

Fab family friendly day out. Hands on with a range of animals, including your usual farm animals but also some tortoise, and small furries! Good cafe with good value food. A nice small gift Shop. Tractor rides around the farm. Great staff, happy to chat and answer questions. A good day out, but it's worth wearing your Wellies.
