Due to not living in the area, my order was placed over the phone. The member of staff I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. The arrangement that was discussed and created was beautiful. This is the second year in which I have used this florist and will be contacting them the same time next year. Thank you Greenferns Florist. Kelly

We recently ordered flowers for my Nan's funerals and received an absolutely fantastic service. So very helpful and the flowers were stunning. Very highly recommended.

So impressed, they were lovely, and i happened to be at my mum's when they arrived, mum didnt have a clue, she was very happy....would order from you again :-)

Not very good service at all ..ordered 2 bunches of flowers for my mother's birthday surprise, gave specific details on delivery but flowers were left behind the wheelie bins in her garden , not very nice for my father to go and hunt for surprise birthday flowers , never order from these people again ... not very pleasant when I phoned and complained ..maybe because the company have the money made the delivery they did not care !!!!

Excellent service on many occasions, lovely flowers. We've ordered in the shop and online, always been pleased with the arrangements. Prices are obviously not the cheapest but we are prepared to pay for special occasions, knowing the quality will be delivered, unlike some other online florists
