my mother has been in Green acres for the last 6 months. and has come on leaps and bounds , she has put on weight , gone out on trips for the first time in 12 years, she has a new lease of life, The staff are kind and friendly and always there to help. there is always something going on to keep them happy and occupied. thank you all for your care of my mum June .i live away so do not get to see her as often as i would like. but i have no worries as she is happy and well cared for.
I have worked for ideal and been here at Greenacres for almost 9 years, I love working here and think the company is one of the best our there when it comes to carehomes. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else, our staff are so dedicated and truly care about what they do and thats what makes a home, dedication team work and kindness.
My mum who is 100 has been in greenacres for 4 years, during that time the care that she has received has been outstanding. Mum regards the staff as her friends and they couldn't do more to keep everyone comfortable and happy. During the virus lockdown the staff have thought of so many ways to keep up morale and give the residents pleasure. You'd get my vote for 'CARE HOME OF THE YEAR' everytime. The residents went on a Barge Trip last Friday with staff members Jess, Diane and Aneila. Such a fab experience for all the residents that went and just one of the many things that Greenacres offer to make the lives of the residents, amazing!

I have worked at this home for coming up to 7 years... its like home from home.. we have a fantastic staff team.. Ideal is a great company to work for.. the quality of our residents lives are at the centre of what we all do.. would highly recommend

Residents did chair exercises today. They enjoyed listening to the music and had fun doing the exercises.
