This is the second time we’ve had one of our beloved companion animals cremated here. We cannot recommend it enough. Lorraine and Cleo are so kind, caring and patient, at a time when you are simply heartbroken, you could not wish for a better team. This family company provides bespoke care, compassion and genuine support when you need it most and everything is expertly handled at every stage. I felt understood, I trusted them implicitly, every request I had was met. We were not rushed at any point, and it’s set in such beautiful surroundings. It’s really a beautiful resting place for your beloved animals, or as we did, you can bring your ashes home with you and they provide beautiful options for this. Thank you once again to you both, we are so grateful for all you did.
Our beloved cat delilah passed suddenly, we are heart broken My husband took her here to be cremated just yesterday, they squeezed him in with short notice and I'm so impressed with the service. They provided a paw print, lock of fur and a casket with her name engraved on the front Thank you so much
What a lovely place. Went with my daughter who had just lost her beloved guineau pig Honey. Lovely greeting on arrival really calm and caring atmosphere. Totally happy that Honey would be taken care of. Brought her home the same day in a lovely box with her name engraved. Thank you for your kindness would thoroughly recommend
Our beloved 16 year old jack Russell died on boxing day night. It was devestating and we were heartbroken. We called green pastures the next morning. We were finding it difficult to get an appointment anywhere as it being the Christmas period and how Christmas fell. The staff at Green Pastures were nothing short of amazing. They gave us a convenient appointment the next day and reassured us that they would look after him. The service we received was excellent. Very reasonably priced and we we are so glad we chose them to care for our dog. we can't thank the staff enough for making a tragic time a little easier.
I have been using the services of Green Pastures for many years. They are a family run business that are compassionate, thoughtful and extremely caring at one of the most difficult of times. The little extras that they do within the service that they provide mean so much and ensures you can remember your companion in every way possible. I would use any other establishment.
Lovely friendly place. Nobody wants to have to deal with the only reason you need to go here but the staff make the whole process so much easier. I only wish I could be visiting this place for better reasons. Thank you for supporting us with the loss of our beloved pets. X x x

Just a amazing place with lovely people running the place.Its the 2nd time sadly we have used green pastures and I'm so glad we picked the best of the best for our beautiful furry pets.A special thankyou to cleo who looked after us,just a lovely caring p person inside and out.
When we sadly lost our cat green pastures made the process of cremating him as pleasant and easy as possible at such a horrible time. The staff were very empathetic and truly understood what we were going through. They gave use as much time as we needed before the cremation. The cremation was quick and we had our little man back within 2hrs so there was no worry of picking up other people's beloved pet.
What a lovely service these people provide. After a tragic accident my poor old fella past away. I wanted to keep him with me so decided on him being cremated. I knew someone who had mentioned using Green Pastures so rang, spoke to a very sympathetic lady who said that I was to take my dog up straight away and she would see to him. Jack was cremated that day and if I wished I could have returned that day to pick his ashes up. Jack's ashes are in a lovely casket with a brass plate on top with his name on. I can't recommend Green Pastures enough in your hour of need. It's situated in a lovely setting, not industrial looking at all, and having piece of mind that it's your pet that you're getting back and only your pet is very reassuring. Sorry to say that I don't think I'll ever be using their services again because I will never be putting myself through the pain and heartache of loosing my best friend ever again. But please, please use Green Pastures, they are truly amazing. Thank you Green Pastures for your care and compassion.
